A record that does not merely exist but can answer what it shows, where it came from and which aircraft it belongs to — the standard a document must meet before it can close a critical item.
Why it matters
A scanned file attached to a record is not evidence until somebody can say what it proves. Most systems accept the attachment and ask nothing further.

Closing a critical event requires linked records that finished processing, carry a summary, are attached to an accepted event type and resolve to the same aircraft — checked on the server, so a failing record is refused with the reason. Evidence →
